Situated in the heart of the "Sharon" area, the Ruppin Educational Center is a green lung integrating a variety of educational institutes offering its students a relaxed rural campus with a unique learning environment. The two major schools on the premises are the Ruppin Academic Center and Ruppin Technological College. There are 400 dorms' rooms for students. Some newly built during 2009 and others recently renovated.
